The old observatory

    It’s one of the best unknown tourist attractions in Scotland – Dundee’s civic observatory. Go up there any evening in winter and get a few tour of the stars – the old telescope is brilliant and through it I’ve seen Jupiter, it’s moons and the rings around Saturn.

    This is an early spring day when the gorse is in bloom and my friend Rosie was walking past in her Ugg boots.

    It made a perfect image of young and old!
